First and foremost, we'd like to thank Ms. Arida and Cranbrook and this group of students for inviting us into Department X. If there's anything we've learned in 25 years in the restaurant business it's how much a fresh perspective brings to the table. We're look forward to seeing what you whip up: and we can promise you that if it's a good idea we will waste no time in putting it into action.
